To Join the International Pen Pal Program: CLICK on the DOWNLOAD BELOW and PRINT the pen pal form, return it to the address listed with a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE. 

If you live outside of the USA please mail or email your pen pal application. 

You will then receive a list of pen pals to contact. Your name and address will continue to be sent to new members of the program, unless you specify otherwise in writing.

Members' information is kept strictly confidential.
